In these times, we understand you are looking for a way to save expenses. With an Advanced Networking Maintenance Contract, you can do just that! With unlimited remote programming changes, discounts, high priority, and the peace of mind that we will replace any defective piece of hardware directly related to your phone system.
With a maintenance contract you will get:

The highest priority service level.
- Repairing or replacing any parts (cards, phones, voicemail systems) at no charge
- Unlimited remote programming during regular business hours at no charge (provided your system has remote programming capability).
- Unlimited telephone support (instructions, suggestions, tips, tricks, etc.) during normal business hours.
- Monthly back ups of your telephone system database and voice files (provided your system has remote access). These backups will be available to all technicians at all times if needed.
- 10% discount on all materials for additions, moves, and changes.
The cost of the contract will be based on how your system is configured and how many phones you have connected. We offer two convenient billing options with the choice of quarterly billing or one annual billing. We even offer a 10% discount on the price of the contract if you pay us annually.
Maintenance contracts cover replacement of defective equipment during normal use during our normal working hours. It does not cover acts of God, flood, fire, vandalism, abuse, or problems with your dial tone, long distance, or Internet service provider
