Advanced Networking, Inc. is proud to offer our valued customers two level of service agreeements to offer security and to protect their investment in their telephone system. With either agreement you will get top priority in scheduling work and unlimiterd remote programming and support on your phone system.
Here are the details of each agreement.
- Unlimited remote programming during normal business hours at no charge.
- Unlimited telephone support (including instructions, suggestions, tips, tricks, etc.) during normal business hours.
- Suggestions
on ways to reduce your telecom and Internet expenses.
- All of the benefits of the “Silver” agreements including unlimited support and priority scheduling.
- Repairing or replacing any covered parts at no charge. This includes telephone systems, circuit cards, phones, handsets, consoles, voicemail systems, paging equipment, and other related equipment we supplied and installed as part of the telephone system.
- Monthly backups of your telephone system’s programming. These backups are available to all of our technicians at all times.
- 10% discount on all materials for additions, moves, and changes. This discount applies to the work at this site as well as other work and the purchase of systems for other locations.
- If
we have a general rate increase, we will not increase your rate for
billable labor while your system is covered by this agreement
